Planning a wedding shouldn't involve decoding confusing fee structures. At our venue, we believe in clarity, simplicity, and trust from the very first conversation. Our promise is simple: no hidden fees.

While your final investment is always bundled into one clear package, we use a dynamic model to ensure you only pay for the date, season, and guest services you need.

1. The Simple Promise: No Hidden Fees

We package the venue rental, essential furnishings (like our standard tables and chairs), and all setup/breakdown labor of provided furnishings into one comprehensive price.

Our packages are designed to be all-encompassing, ensuring that the number you see on your final contract is the number you planned for. The only way your charges will increase is if you choose to customize your event with optional, above-standard services (like specialty rentals or extended event hours).

2. Season & Day

The venue price is determined by when you book. Like most sought-after venues, our pricing reflects the time of year and the demand for specific days. We categorize our investment tiers based on:

  • The Season: Peak (July-August)

  • The Day: Saturdays command premium pricing, while Weekdays offer the greatest value.

3. Guest-Based Services: Included in Your Package

To ensure flawless execution, our pricing naturally includes the variable costs associated with hosting your guests. We don't charge separate, confusing "service charges" or "coordination fees."

The number of guests directly influences the labor and resources required, such as:

  • Setup & Breakdown: Our team handles all major movement and arrangement of venue-provided items.

  • Rentals: Provision and staging of essential seating, tables, and place settings (up to your agreed-upon maximum).

  • Support Services: Onsite facility staff specific to your guest count requirements.

4. Required External Expenses (WA State Mandates)

While we guarantee no hidden fees from our venue, there are three non-negotiable costs required by Washington State or standard industry practice that must be handled as a separate expense by the client:

  • Washington State Sales Tax

  • Banquet Permit

  • Event Liability Insurance

With a limited number of Saturdays available each season, these dates book quickly and offer exclusive access to our breathtaking gardens with extended venue access time.
