Our Saturday Wedding is the most sought-after day of the week. With a limited number of Saturdays available each season, these dates book quickly and offer exclusive access to our breathtaking gardens with extended venue access time.

Saffron offers the ultimate weekend wedding experience for couples seeking a truly elevated celebration. This exclusive option includes overnight accommodation for 8 guests, extended event time, plus dedicated setup and breakdown time, giving you and your team the flexibility to craft every detail of your dream wedding.

Yes! Furry friends are welcome for your event. Pet fees will apply for the residential homes.

Yes! We do have tents on-site you can rent for your event. Tent Rentals are an extra charge. We do require advance notice for tent rentals. Third-party tent rentals are also allowed.

Yes, outside vendors are welcome. We do ask that you provide a list of vendors at time of final payment and a timeline for your event.

No. All venue space is outdoors only. Guest homes are for residential use only and getting ready space. All events are reserved for event space only.

No prep facilities are on site. All food service should be self-contained.

The first 10 extra guests are a flat fee. Beyond that, it is an option to upgrade to the next event package. The services we include are planned around guest count, so it is important to plan for enough rentals and staffing to support your event.

Briarwood is reserved by appointment only. Please come by invitation or appointment and at your scheduled time.
The venue is large and all outdoors. We recommend comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.
