About Briarwood Estate
Nestled in the heart of Skagit Valley, Briarwood spans 50 picturesque acres, including 10 acres of beautifully manicured display gardens. Winding paths, vibrant blooms, and hidden corners of whimsy invite guests to explore and experience the magic of the grounds. Highlights include a 5,750-square-foot rose garden and a fully enclosed great lawn surrounded by lush, green landscapes—perfect for gatherings and celebrations.
Originally established in the early 1900s as a working dairy farm, the estate was transformed in 1995 with the creation of the display gardens that still thrive today.
In recent years, we’ve focused on restoring the original garden design, bringing new life to the property while honoring its history.
